New Office Guidelines and Updates

Updated: May 18, 2020 (These are subject to change prior to May 25th.

Please contact us, or revisit our website before arriving.)

Majority of these Guidelines and Protocols are mandated by the Kentucky Governor's Office, CDC, and the Kentucky Licensing Board for Massage Therapy

  • We will be scheduling clients back into our schedules in the order that we had to cancel them.

  • If you are sick, have been sick, or have been around anyone sick 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, please reschedule. No penalty will occur.

  • Please stay in your car and call our office when you have arrived. Your therapist will meet you at your car for a quick health screening. There will be no waiting room seating.

  • Please, no guests come with the client unless absolutely necessary. If needed, guests will have to be in the treatment room during the appointment.

  • Hand washing will be required when a client steps into the office.

  • Masks are to be worn by therapist and client at all times. If you have a medical condition that prohibits you from being able to wear a mask at all times, please call the office for further instructions. Cloth masks are allowed for clients-please bring your own.

  • The schedule that your therapist had prior to closure may not be the same when we reopen. We have to maintain adequate spacing between clients for limited contact and cleaning.

  • Childcare still is not open, so therapists may have limited hours or may have to wait until childcare has reopened.

  • For a while, sessions will be limited to 60 minutes or less. When we have entered further Phases we will be able to lengthen the appointments.

  • Gloves will be worn by the therapist when massage face. Gloves will be removed after facial massage is completed.

  • Prescreening will be done for each appointment made. Prescreening will include Covid-19 symptoms, as well as Immunocompromised, Heart Disease, Pulmonary Conditions, Diabetes.Therapist will exercise their discretion on whether or not said conditions create too high of a risk for treatment during Phase One.

  • IMPORTANT!!!! An updated Health Intake Form will be required by everyone, regardless of your last visit. That can be found below. Please have this printed, filled out, signed, and send back to our office before your appointment or bring with you the day of your appointment.
