Majority of these Guidelines and Protocols are mandated by the Kentucky Governor's Office, CDC, and the Kentucky Licensing Board for Massage Therapy

IMPORTANT!!!! An updated Health Intake Form will be required by everyone after May 25, 2020.That can be found below. Please have this printed, filled out, signed, and sent back to our office before your appointment or bring with you the day of your appointment.
If you are sick, have been sick, or have been around anyone sick 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, please reschedule. No penalty will occur.
Please stay in your car until your scheduled appointment time. There will be no waiting room seating.
Please, no guests come with the client unless absolutely necessary. If needed, guests will have to be in the treatment room during the appointment.
Masks are to be worn by therapist and client at all times. If you have a medical condition that prohibits you from being able to wear a mask at all times, please call the office for further instructions. Cloth masks are allowed for clients-please bring your own.
The schedule that your therapist had prior to closure may not be the same when we reopen. We have to maintain adequate spacing between clients for limited contact and cleaning.
Gloves will be worn by the therapist when massage face. Gloves will be removed after facial massage is completed.

Prescreening will be done at each appointment. Prescreening will include Covid-19 symptoms, as well as Immunocompromised, Heart Disease, Pulmonary Conditions, Diabetes.Therapist will exercise their discretion on whether or not said conditions create too high of a risk for treatment during Phase One.
