To ensure that there is a 6 foot space for each student, all class attendance is capped at 10 students, which is 50% capacity. Masks are required everywhere. We appreciate your support and cooperation.

with a focus on gentle stretching and balance. Classes are adapted to meet participant needs.

MINDFUL YOGA

This class combines yoga and mindfulness facilitating a total mind-body connection.
