Service Description

This class is held by Yoga Instructor, Katie Villanueva, and is geared toward all skill levels. Wednesday evenings at 6p. These yoga classes will teach you the proper body mechanics for optimal poses to increase flexibility, circulation, improve mobility, and enhance concentration and mental clarity. Yoga classes are designed to meet the needs of MyoTherapy Wellness clients and will be adjusted based on client feedback.
